The rock that came from the sky by Arnaud de Buchy, Sonia Grandame et Joachim Hérissé published by Le Regard Sonore
Darkness drew across the roofs of Totemie's village. The shadows of big trees danced in the light of the moon. Moko watched the night-sky glisten. He sat on his hamac, under the stars, and he remembered a big star he had seen back home.
Suddenly, a star much bigger and much faster, rose in the middle of the night, tearing the twilight's darkness apart like a ball of fire. It crashed into the heart of the forest. Moko awoke Totemie. "Quick! Come, something has happened!" . They ran towards the light. As they approached it, the heat became intense. They then discovered a big rock red and burning hot like a fire's embers. It had made a hole as big as the crater of a volcano. It was so hot that it started a fire in the forest.
The fire spread incredibly quickly. Moko and Totemie suddenly found themselves surrounded by terrifying flames. "The sky is angry", said Totemie. "This fire will swallow us up."
